Dog Nose Best!: 6-Week Class
Product Description
Prerequisite: Graduation from Dog Manners at Praiseworthy Pups or a similar program or permission of Instructor.
The primary goal of this class is fun. Game playing and hunting are first and foremost, and this is a class where dogs can be dogs. It’s a great class for newly adopted dogs as it helps them become more confident in new environments. This particular “Nose Work” class can be repeated over and over because the level of difficulty is adjusted as the dog gains better skills. Even when a dog doesn’t “get it” right away, many other benefits come from the class experience itself.
It’s also a good class for dogs that need a lot of mental and physical stimulation, but have a hard time in classes with other dogs. They will have the opportunity to solve a problem without the stress of interacting with other dogs. It’s helpful if the dog has a strong desire to play with toys, but is not required.
